We developed organically over the last 16 years, from humble beginnings hiring out a single piece of equipment (a 74 tonne Cat excavator), to offering a comprehensive range of mining and civil solutions to some of the biggest players in the industry.

Remote Mining Solutions is led by Tim Schmidt, a seasoned operator with over 20 years of hands-on experience across the Pilbara.
Having worked with major players like FMG, Rio Tinto, BHP, Roy Hill, Calidus Resources, and more, Tim brings deep local knowledge, technical expertise, and a proven track record of reliability.
As a Marble Bar based owner-operator, he remains directly involved in projects, ensuring high standards and fast, practical problem-solving.
